Thank you for joining the Ten-Day Mindfulness Challenge 

We are delighted you have taken the steps to accept the challenge. 

Over the next ten days, you’ll explore five core mindfulness practices with each practice spread over two days:  

  • Mindfulness of breath,  

  • Body scan meditation,  

  • Sitting in stillness, 

  • Mindfulness in walking,  

  • Mindfulness of standing posture. 

The instructions., written, audio and a photograph, provide  down‑to‑earth practices 

There is an opportunity for short reflections to help you bring mindfulness into everyday life. 

You don’t need any previous experience. 

You'll bring more attention to connect with yourself, connect with the moment and with what and who is around you. 

Please download the app that will give all the information from Day One to Day 10.  

May these ten days contribute to our three Cs – Calm, Clarity and Connection.
