Our 10-Step Mindfulness Challenge offers accessible practices

designed to nurture wellbeing and deepen awareness.  

Each session includes: 

A text and audio recording with a guided meditation 

A fresh theme, new audio, and new image every two steps

A meditative photograph (of people, animals, or nature) to inspire reflection

10 steps to complete within 30 days:

Step 1–2: Mindfulness of Breath 

Step 3–4: Mindfulness of Sitting

Step 5–6: Mindfulness of Walking

Step 7–8: Mindfulness of Standing

Step 9–10: Mindfulness of Reclining

You will receive:
