Our Ten-Step Mindfulness Challenge offers accessible daily practices

designed to nurture wellbeing and deepen awareness.  

Each session includes: 

A text and audio recording with a guided meditation 

A fresh theme, new audio, and new image every two days 

A meditative photograph (of people, animals, or nature) to inspire reflection

You will receive: 

Clear guidance and practical tips 

Themes for reflection and inquiry 

Practices to strengthen attention, empathy, and resilience 

Support to find calm and connection amidst daily life 

You don’t need a special place or extra time to practice Mindfulness 

Be willing to pause and apply Mindfulness wherever you are
