Significance of the Small Group
Trainees meet in small groups monthly for 60 minutes - once or twice a month

Each person needs to remember teacher training requires handling these kinds of organisational situations with calm and clarity.

The Small group provides an opportunity to share experiences. The small group offers a practise in facilitation. Each person practices the role of facilitator on a rotation basis.

A small reminder: Teacher training requires attendance of small groups for 75% of the time in order to receive a professional teaching certificate.

We trust this is helpful.
Other Retreats & Courses.
MTTC trainees may wish to join one of Christopher’s four residential retreats in
Germany. Retreats take place in late April in Walhdaus Zentrum, near Andernach,
Seminarhaus Engl, 60 minutes from Munich in late July and two retreats in October
again at the Waldhaus.
There are also online courses. Retreats and online courses develop mindfulness,
depths of meditation and wise responses to daily life situations.
You are not obliged to attend any of these retreats or online teachings but they can
deepen the practice.
