Here is an outline of the 10-step Challenge What to expect: Duration: 10 steps to complete within 30 days Practices: Step 1–2: Mindfulness of Breath Step 3–4: Mindfulness of Sitting Step 5–6: Mindfulness of Walking Step 7–8: Mindfulness of Standing Step 9–10: Mindfulness of Reclining Each step is an invitation, not a test. Some steps will feel easier than others. This is part of the challenge. You may notice restlessness, sleepiness, emotions, or busy thoughts. This is normal. The practice enables clear seeing, taking skilful steps to reduce being judgmental. If you miss a day, you are welcome to start that step again..
