Here is an outline of the 10-Day Challenge What to expect: Duration: 10 days, with a short practice each day. Practices: Days 1–2: Mindfulness of Breath Days 3–4: Body Scan Meditation Days 5–6: Sitting in Stillness Days 7–8: Mindfulness in Walking Days 9–10: Mindfulness of Standing Posture Each day is an invitation, not a test. Some days will feel easier than others. This is part of the challenge. You may notice restlessness, sleepiness, emotions, or busy thoughts. This is normal. The practice enables clear seeing, taking skilful steps to reduce being judgmental. If you miss a day, you are welcome to start that day again..
